Did you know we have a Compressport research lab dedicated to pushing the boundaries of apparel performance? Constantly looking to answer the needs of athletes aiming for the very highest level, we took to the wind tunnel with professional triathlete Arnaud Guilloux to develop the all-new Tri Postural Aero SS Top. With a focus set squarely on aerodynamic efficiency, this new piece is made from fast-drying Lycra material and fits like a second skin so you don`t lose a second, from the start to the finish line. Borrowing technologies from our high performance Aero Socks, the fabric is textured to increase surface turbulation and reduce drag. Structured lines on the sleeves, upper chest and shoulders pair with targeted Aero. Dots to direct airflow and save precious watts on the bike course. Elite-level thermoregulation and heat protection keep you cool and fresh when the intensity builds, aided by ventilation bands down the back to quickly evacuate excess humidity when you come out of the swim. The tight, seamless sleeve design offers Optimal range of shoulder movement in all disciplines and is cut extra-long on the arm for improved aerodynamics, with a seamless hem that stays securely in place when you put the hammer down. And if the miles start to feel a little long, our signature Spin Control technology is woven into the fabric to helps keep shoulders straight and core engaged. The full-length, straight zip is self-locking for adaptable ventilation on the run. Two rear pockets hold all-important extra nutrition, with pro-approved side openings on either side for easy access. An inner pocket on the chest handily fits a gel for the run leg, keeping it out of the way of airflow on the bike but within quick reach when you need that final boost to reach the red carpet. Designed first and foremost for long-distance training and racing, this tri top can be combined with our Tri Under Control Short for ultimate versatility and comfort. A silicone band around the waist prevents the fabric from riding up and creating a gap between the top and shorts, whilst the dynamic design across the torso keeps you looking and feeling fresh when the sun beats down.
