Refund policy
Returns
- Customers can be refunded by contacting us at info@a1staffdeals.com. The returned product must be in new condition, in its original packaging, unused and unworn with the invoice. Returned products that do not meet these conditions will be refused and no refund will be issued. Refund will be issued on the method of payment used for the original transaction and on the amount paid for the merchandise. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- You have 14 days following the reception of merchandise to request a refund. Exchanges are not possible.
- Please allow 10 business days from the moment your package arrives at the distribution center to process your return.
- Free returns in Canada.
- Products in liquidation or final sale can’t be exchanged or refunded.
- Exchanges and refunds can’t be done in store selling Heat Up’s products.
