Fly over soft trails with the TRAILTALON™ ZERO, our zero-drop speedster built for racing and faster-paced training runs.
Feel fast, light and natural with the TRAILTALON™ ZERO’s 0mm drop. With an equal amount of cushioning at the heel and forefoot, the ZERO works with your foot to allow a gait cycle that’s closer to what nature intended.
An anatomical fit to the shoe provides a locked-in, secure feel for your heel and midfoot, but then widens at the toe box to allow your toes to naturally splay when hitting the ground and pushing off. The TRAILTALON™ ZERO is available in two fits too – Standard and Wide. The Standard fit is ideal if you have narrower feet, or like to a closer feel to your shoe when racing. The Wide fit is for you if you have wider feet or like more room for your toes when running over longer distances.
As with all the shoes in our TRAILTALON™ series, the ZERO benefits from our unique, graphene-infused rubber grip. We combine the world’s strongest material, with rubber, to produce longer lasting, hardwearing traction. The TRAILTALON™ ZERO is designed to give firm grip on soft, muddy ground, with 6mm lugs to claw through mud and soft trail.
A super-lightweight FLYSPEED™ Pro foam midsole combines with a BOOMERANG FOOTBED to give you the perfect level of ground-feel, shock absorption and energy return as you push the pace.

1. GRAPHENE-GRIP Rubber Outsole
   Get uncompromising grip on any terrain. 6mm graphene-infused rubber lugs give formidable grip and traction on soft, wet and hard surfaces. Shaped like the hoof pattern of a mountain goat, the lugs cling to any surface, then release just as quickly while propelling you on to your next stride.
2. POWERFLOW PRO Midsole
   A bouncy, cushioned ride that retains high levels of responsiveness is provided by the new POWERFLOW PRO foam midsole. This amazing underfoot comfort and propulsion is built in a way that still allows for the ground-feel you need when running over uneven, technical terrain.
3. Engineered Mesh Upper
   Breathability, comfort and stability are provided by the TRAILTALON's engineered upper. With breathable zones and reinfored areas in places that are prone to extra wear. Over this a heel and midfoot MET-CRADLE helps to give that stable, locked-in feel you need when running over treachorous terrain.
4. BOOMERANG Footbed
   Preserve your energy on long runs with the BOOMERANG Footbed. The insoles feature hundreds of foam beads that compress and spring back for 40% energy return during your stride. Perfect for longer runs where maximising every bit of energy counts.
5. Choice Of Fits
   The TRAILTALON hugs the natural contours of your foot, locking you in at the heel and then widening at the toes. Available in Standard Fit and Wide Fit. Go Wide Fit if you have wide feet or would like more room when running longer distances.

Care

• Wash: by hand in cold water — remove insoles and laces, brush off mud and dirt and rinse.
• Dry: fully after every run, at room temperature, away from radiators and direct sun — never in a tumble dryer. Stuff with newspaper to speed it up.
• Re-waterproof periodically, e.g. with Grangers® Footwear Repel Plus.

Size guide — please read before ordering

Inov8 shoes fit small: order 1 full size above your usual US size. Example: usual US 8 → order Inov8 size 9. Not sure of your usual size? Measure your foot length (cm) and use the table.

Width

This model comes in Standard fit. Measure your foot at its widest point and compare with the table (foot width in cm). If your foot is wider than the Standard value for your size, this model may feel tight: consider a Wide-fit model.

How to measure

Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, in the socks you run in, heel against the wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the widest points of your foot, then measure length and width in cm. Measure both feet, use the larger values, and measure late in the day.
