A lightweight gym shoe to tackle any workout - meet the F-FLY. Designed to give superior cushioning and bounce during treadmill running and cardio sessions, the F-FLY is also versatile enough to be worn for weightlifting, functional fitness movements or wherever your workout takes you.

Feel light and bouncy thanks to the combination of a POWERFLOW PRO midsole and BOOMERANG FOOTBED. These work together to give you the cushioning and energy return during high impact exercise, whether that's running or jump squats. At the same time, we've designed the POWERFLOW PRO in such a way that you can still feel the ground, for that more natural feel when you train.

Technology

1. Grippy Rubber Outsole
   Keep your footing with our 2.5mm thick grippy rubber outsole. Lightweight grip for any gym-based exercise, including weightlifting, cardio, functional movements, walking and running.
2. POWERFLOW PRO Midsole
   A bouncy, cushioned ride that retains high levels of responsiveness is provided by the new POWERFLOW PRO foam midsole. This amazing underfoot comfort and propulsion is built in a way that still allows for the ground-feel you need when running or performing high-impact exercises.
3. Engineered Air Mesh Upper
   A seamless and highly breathable engineered mesh and 3D printed upper construction combine to keep your feet cool and dry during intense workouts. At the same time a supportive Met-Cradle wraps protectively around your foot to keep you stable during high impact exercise.
4. BOOMERANG Footbed
   Preserve your energy with the BOOMERANG Footbed. The insoles feature hundreds of foam beads that compress and spring back for 40% energy return during your stride. Perfect for longer cardio sessions, where maximising every bit of energy counts.
5. ROPE-TEC
   Protection and durability during rope climbs. ROPE-TEC technology embedded into the midsection of the outsole and around the arch of the foot gives protection from friction on rope climbs, and delivers increased durability.

Care

• Wash: by hand in cold water — remove insoles and laces, brush off dirt and rinse (Grangers® Footwear & Gear Cleaner for stubborn dirt and odours).
• Dry: fully after every workout, at room temperature, away from radiators and direct sun — never in a tumble dryer. Stuff with newspaper to speed it up.

Size guide — please read before ordering

Inov8 shoes fit small: order 1 full size above your usual US size. Example: usual US 8 → order Inov8 size 9. Not sure of your usual size? Measure your foot length (cm) and use the table.

Width

This model comes in Standard fit. Measure your foot at its widest point and compare with the table (foot width in cm). If your foot is wider than the Standard value for your size, this model may feel tight: consider a Wide-fit model.

How to measure

Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, in the socks you run in, heel against the wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the widest points of your foot, then measure length and width in cm. Measure both feet, use the larger values, and measure late in the day.
