Low Density Layer (LDL)
A softer layer inside the helmet, closer to your head, that absorbs the energy of low-g impacts — the kind that, received repeatedly, can lead to concussions. Kali’s LDL reduces rotational impact forces by up to 25% and low-g linear forces by up to 30%.
Lifetime Crash Replacement
You crash it. We replace it. Kali takes back crashed helmets to cut them open, measure and study them in its lab, and uses what it learns to build safer helmets.
