Only verified employees of our partner stores are allowed to access and place orders on the platform. An approved account is required.

You can register using your work email address. Our team will verify your eligibility before activating your account. Make sure to enter the registration code provided by your manager or your rep.

• Your account does not currently have access to a discount on that specific product. Some deals are limited to certain partner stores or staff levels.

Yes. To ensure fairness, there may be limits per product or per order. These limits are clearly indicated on each product page.

No. Staff Deal is strictly for personal use by verified employees. Reselling products is not allowed.

You have 30 days to return an unused product. We’ll issue a refund or exchange as long as the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

All of our products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

We apply a flat shipping fee ranging from$9.99 to $14.99, depending on your province.

For heavy items, anadditional $15 surchargemay apply.

This extra fee is clearly indicated on the product pages concerned, and thefinal shipping cost is always displayed at checkout.
